Baseline Responsibilities

  • Alignment with AEQUS core values
  • Own and drive Production functions to meet the set targets.
  • Overall strategy to achieve the production to the required quality.
  • Manage and issue timely instruction to the down line performers to achieve the organization Goal.
  • Optimal utilization of available resource for better productivity.
  • Interactions with related departments like Manufacturing Engineering, SCM in procuring machines and equipments as and when new products are added and in ROI analysis. Guiding the team members in procuring proper work holdings, Tool holdings and Tools, consumables etc.
  • Man Power planning, utilization and control of staff members working closely with Human Resources Department.
  • Guiding the team for machining concepts like milling, turning, grinding, drilling & also sheet metal, tooling and assembly techniques.
  • Guiding the team on Quality standards and continuous improvement concepts.
  • To maintain discipline and handle employee grievance working closely with Human resource Department.

Educational Requirement and Experience

BE/PG with MBA & 18 years of experience.
