Business Development Manager (BDM) - US Talent Acquisition

Remote / Onsite

Full-time

  • The candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience working with various Direct clients /Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing partners
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new business ventures
  • Take a lead role in developing and creating new corporate alliances and partnerships and nurturing existing clients for long-term relationships.
  • Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, and H1B consultants
  • Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation
  • Successful track record in building, securing, and maintaining business partners
  • Identify trends in business and customer needs and works towards specific goals and targets
  • Expertise in end-to-end management - acquiring, placing, and retaining resources
  • Proven ability in placement bringing in requirements, identifying the resource, following up with customers, and closing the position in the shortest time possible
  • Must work CST hours
  • Remote work possible for the right candidate

Qualifications/ Skills needed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Attention to quality results

Self-driven and focused on providing excellent customer service

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with good team management skills

Process-oriented and attention to detail

Know to navigate networking sites and work with ATS (ceipal preferred)
