- The candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience working with various Direct clients /Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing partners
- Develop strategies for acquiring new business ventures
- Take a lead role in developing and creating new corporate alliances and partnerships and nurturing existing clients for long-term relationships.
- Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders, and H1B consultants
- Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation
- Successful track record in building, securing, and maintaining business partners
- Identify trends in business and customer needs and works towards specific goals and targets
- Expertise in end-to-end management - acquiring, placing, and retaining resources
- Proven ability in placement bringing in requirements, identifying the resource, following up with customers, and closing the position in the shortest time possible
- Must work CST hours
- Remote work possible for the right candidate
Qualifications/ Skills needed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to quality results
Self-driven and focused on providing excellent customer service
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with good team management skills
Process-oriented and attention to detail
Know to navigate networking sites and work with ATS (ceipal preferred)
