Tasks

• Assuring functional and non-functional quality requirements for backend and frontend applications
• Prevention of early-stage implementation issues by having a close collaboration with developers
• Responsibility for design, maintenance, execution and evaluation of tests
• Automating test cases for improving regression coverage, security and reliability
• Execution of manual tests with changing requirements
• Assuring each release follows a complete test cycle and that it meets high standards of quality
• Providing mentoring and guidance to team members
• Identifying and implementing test process improvements and increase Quality Assurance best practices

Requirements

You create, maintainand execute functional and non-functional test cases, test suites and test plans to follow the requirements. You review manual test cases to determine if they need to be automated and then automate them. You have a strong background in software quality testing with Agile and Scrum. You are hands-on and have excellent testing, automation, organizational and communication skills.

• Technical Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ year experience in testing backend and frontend web applications
• Good knowledge of Open API3.0 specification and REST APIs
• Experience implementing QA measures in agile IT organizations and integration with CI/CD tools
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, motivation to learn, coach and mentor
• Experience with automation framework and testing tools - Selenium/Robot Framework with Java or Python
• Experience testing accessibility best practices, stress, security and performance testing
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
