Job Description- Operations Retail Lending- Employed HUB (Back Office)Responsibilities1 Credit Appraisal Responsible for the credit appraisal and underwriting of employed customers. Assessment of risk and repayment capacity of the customer to ascertain the creditworthiness by reviewing and verifying income statements, tax returns and other financial documents.2Loans ProcessingRecommending the loan application for approval post credit appraisal and personal discussion in compliance with the lending policies of the organization within defined TAT3Interaction and Loan CounselingInteracting with customers via telephone or email in order to understand the need of the customer and / or seek clarification on the documents perused to take an informed decision on the loan proposal4Relationship ManagementMaintaining relationship with various channel partners and internal departments to process the loan applications within defined TAT. Desired Candidate ProfileThe candidate should have the ability to explain and market the various products offered with considerable patience and empathy and ensure that his knowledge/skill promotes the growth of business. The above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, excellent communication skills (oral and written), convincing skills, process orientation, time management, team working skills and a strong determination to achieve results. Educational RequirementsMBA / PGDM in Finance / Marketing Specialisation
