Graduate of Civil Engineering
With 5 years or more related experience
With 3 years or more residential construction experience
Can do BOM, BOQ, Gantt Chart, Weekly & Monthly Accomplishment Reports
With or without license
Willing to be assign in any project site
Can start ASAP
Job description
Achievement of focus and efficiency in design and its execution for specific projects of the Company, as well as the observance and delivery
To perform technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations.
To apply designs and plans to mark out the site and can be involved in projects ranging from small scale to multi-million-pound ventures. This may include civil, road, rail and other infrastructure projects.
Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, surveyors and subcontractors.
Responsible for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resources.
Other tasks that maybe assigned by the Management from time to time.
