Your mission

  • You will assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, as well prepare presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
  • You will be responsible for the document management and coordination with other departments to ensure processes run smoothly.
  • You will support with the creation and improvement of processes as well as procedures for the Global Service Operations & Supply Chain unit.
  • You will keep the control over databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper.
  • You will manage and maintain online platforms (e.g. MS SharePoint, MS Streams, etc.).
  • You will plan meetings, take detailed minutes and follow up tasks as well as timelines.
  • You will coordinate the translation of the technical documentation.
  • You will support in creating strategic related topics for the different areas in the department.

Your profile

  • You have strong organizational and planning skills.
  • You have gained knowledge in office management systems and procedures.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • You have great time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • You are good in process management and improvement.
  • You are paying attention to details and have a innovative mindset.
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
