Marketing Calendar
- To liaise closely with SMT members in order to create and implement digital strategies onto different communication platforms
- Work within monthly MPlus Marketing Calendar (Gantt Chart)
- Ensure each event is completed by deadline
Outputs: Adhere to monthly marketing calendar for MPlus and its entities
Social Media Channels
- Developing content calendar and posting based on analytics and latest trend
- Creating social media posts and managing them on all approved Social Media Platforms
- Assisting with the creative direction of visual content and Ads.
- Improve performance in key areas including reach, engagement, conversion and advocacy (preferred)
- Track and report on all social media and website metrics (preferred)
Outputs: Brand Awareness
Digital Marketing
- Creation of blog, social posts (internal and external), EDM marketing and other marketing materials in line with ourmarketing strategy
- Design and develop content for email marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments

- Support the SMT members in various marketing projects
- Other duties as required by the Marketing Committee

- Report to direct manager to escalate any complaints.

Requirements
Primary Function:
- Assist and support the SMT members in developing and creating Digital Marketing Strategy across all brands withinMPlus group of companies
- Create content and implement in alignment with strategic objectives across all customer touch points and brands
- Upload market updates across all brands via social media and digital platforms
- Search engine optimization & reviewing google analytics. (Preferred)
- General marketing administration as required including Real Estate Advertising Templates e.g Brochures/Boards
Experience & Qualifications
Work Experience required to meet position objectives
- Experience in digital marketing role
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (Graphic Design required)
- Experience in social media marketing and copywriting
- In-depth experience in creating campaigns, custom audiences in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience in Adobe Design Suite e.g Illustrator, Mailchimp, WordPress, M365 and MS Sharepoint
- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
6. Laptop provided after 30 days
7. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
8. SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
