We are a group of highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and fun people backed by first-class VC investors (Picus Capital, XAnge, 10X Founders and several business angels); we work partially from our beautiful office in the heart of Hamburg and partially from home.
Your role
With our Pre-Seed funding round closed and the product gaining more and more traction with customers, we believe it is now the perfect time to further build our team.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- You create pixel-perfect UI designs, rapid prototypes and visuals for new features and improvements that gives complex B2B buying processes the look & feel of simplicity
- Collaboration with UX design, product owners and technical implementation
- Maintain and further develop a component design library, best practices and processes to ensure design consistency and scalability
- You also will support our B2B marketing team with great visuals for many platforms
- You are curious, eager to learn and want to work in a great environment with like-minded people
Requirements
- You are currently pursuing a degree in UI/UX design (or in a related field) and you have practical experience in the area of digital design and prototyping
- You have advanced skills in Figma and experience in standard design tools (e.g. Adobe CC)
- You actively seek opportunities to grow, learn and advance your skills within but also outside of your area of expertise
- You have excellent communication skills and speak English fluently

Our principles:
- We hold discussions with you, not interviews. That means, it is as much your decision as it is ours
- Let's be very transparent upfront. We are clear about what is important to us and so should you. If we are not matching due to fundamental ideas e.g., about how to collaborate, let's find it out in the beginning
- Let's have some fun together. In the worst case, we will have spent 30-60 minutes meeting a new person
The typical process lasts about 1-2 hours comprising 3 main discussions.
