Job Description



  • Auditing the college facilities and record all possible hazards on daily basis.
  • Rise all incident reports to direct manager with an action plan to remove the hazard.
  • Assessing risk & hazards on all facilities and categorize it based on risk level.
  • Creating monitoring reports and tracking sheets to all safety practices.
  • Giving induction training to staff and new joiners on safety practices.
  • Making daily rounds and record any suspected emerging hazards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to implement and control safety practices.
  • Checking fire alarm system and equipments and report any expiry or damages to direct manager to take a corrective action.
  • Create a health & safety plan that matches with national requirements and international standards.
  • Predict & forecast future risks with assumptions / scenarios and risk prevention action plan.


Requirements


  • OSHA / NEBOSH Certified.
  • Certified Health & Safety Practitioner / Professional from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Services.
  • PLS Certified is a plus.

Education:

  • Holder of university degree ( Diploma / Bachelor ) in occupational health & safety or any related field.
  • Solid knowledge of the governmental requirements in health and safety practices national & international standards.

Skills:

  • Ability to identify ( Hazardous materials/ chemicals)
  • Good Oral & Written Communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solving and desicion making in critical conditions.
  • good analytical and observational skills.
  • knowledged of health & safety practices.
  • good computer soft skills ( Microsoft 360 ).
  • Creating analytical reports.
