This is a remote position.
LexiConn is looking for candidates who are passionate and have significant experience in developing engaging content.
Requirements
What will you be doing?
- Curate extremely interesting and high-reaching stories
- Suggest story ideas that are theme-relevant and curate content that will cater to this need
- Write error-free copies keeping in mind the facts, grammar, and spelling
- Create catchy headlines which fit within the space. These will be sharp, cool, and informative.
- Work on new-age video creation tools to create short news video capsules
- Work to enhance the quality of our content within tight timelines
- Work on AI-supported tools and an evolving CMS with skill and agility
- Work on creating, moderating & ideating for LIVE shows
What is expected out of you?
- An experienced content writer with 0.6 - 3 years of news content experience.
- An Internet junkie with a fascination for content across a wide spectrum of subjects.
- Deeply aware of various content apps and social media platforms.
- Have general news awareness across categories.
- Outstanding in your ability to use language and grammar well, without being verbose, for a new-age content platform.
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, where role dynamics, expectations and work nature can evolve almost on a quarterly basis.
- Comfortable with using basic video and image editing software to process basic multimedia work.
- Fantastic at time management and deeply committed to meeting deadlines.
- A team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Work deeply with cross-functional teams to deliver the best results

Role & Responsibilities: Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements Create and design short videos based on the content provided from the internal team Developing concepts, graphics and layouts based on the brief Work autonomously and develop high quality concepts with minimal supervision Manage timelines and prioritization of workload and ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Ensure final graphics and media are visually appealing as per client's instructions Ideal Profile Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of layout, graphic fundamentals and typography Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Coreldraw, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Indesign and other graphic designer software Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects Strong Analytical skills A keen eye for aesthetics and details
