The Customer Care Representative is responsible for ensuring customers (both end users and trade) receive an exceptional experience through proficiently handling sales, and service inquiries through both outbound and inbound calls.
Responsibilities
First point of contact for branch and national customer phone calls
Resolve sales, pricing, and product inquiries.
Service enquiries by clarifying the customers needs.
Tracking orders
Determining the purpose of the enquiry
Selecting and explaining the best solutions for inquiry.
Expediting referral to relevant department
Following up to ensure action or resolution.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Customer Service skills and experience of 3 to 5 years is required.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
