Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive you will provide inbound and outbound customer support via email phone and live chat. Your role involves delivering exceptional service to both our client s customers. You will handle a wide range of inquiries issues and requests ensuring each interaction reflects our client s commitment to excellence.

Employment Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Night Shift (Shifting)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Makati

Drive Retention Provide Support Resolve Issues Every Time!
  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support via email phone and live chat.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers and Housekeepers.
  • Deal with a wide range of issues: from making sure that every clean goes ahead without a problem through to helping us manage the relationship with our Housekeepers. It s fun interesting and varied.
  • Take full ownership of issues and will be empowered to fix every issue first time every time.
  • Work fast and effectively to make sure that we respond to customers and Housekeepers inquiries quickly.
  • Be flexible to work on midnight shifting schedules with monthly change of shift and must also be willing to work on holidays and weekends.

Requirements

Background:

  • Be educated to a college level.
  • Have 3 years experience in customer service.
  • Look to build a long term career with Housekeep; so we love candidates with a stable job history.
  • Have experience of working with email chat and phone.
  • It s a plus to have experience of working with UK customers. Also experience of working for a marketplace service is a plus.
  • Be tech savvy and experience of working with Zendesk is a plus.

Customer Service skills:

  • Have exceptional customer service skills and be passionate about delivering amazing experiences.
  • Your communication skills both in written and spoken English will be exceptional.
  • Be able to demonstrate great judgment and practical problemsolving skills.
