Responsibilities:
• Assisting in exploring new opportunities
• Qualifying leads/opportunities before contribution
• Working as mainly indoor presales
• Understand customer requirements received from sales team and transferring it to workable solution.
• Responding to RFPs, assuring solution compliance with RFP requirements, preparing technical proposal, preparing cost sheet & commercial offers.
• Preparing and building RFPs according to proposed solutions.
• Preparing and building presentation that describe the proposed solutions.
• Performing AS-IS assessment for agreed opportunities, defining To-Be solution, preparing solution components: solution description, solution diagram BOQ, scope of work, preliminary time plan.
• Responsible for high level hand over of awarded projects to project management & implementation teams.
• Explore and recommend new solutions that optimize value for customers
