Objective
Understanding the requirements.
Quality check before client s delivery.
Deliver assigned-task in a given timeframe.
Lead team to achieve desirable results.
Strong communication skills to communicate with clients or to provide any suggestion
Key Activities
Can understand brand guidelines,animation style, reference and other provided assets.
Can easily follow the animation directions/visual notes.
You are organized and can prioritise effectively.
Can do a proper quality check before delivery as per the requirement.
Excellent time management skills, to achieve tight deadlines.
The ability to lead a team as a part of a wider design process.
Can provide training to the team performing with/under you.
Strong communication skills to understand the feedback/reviews.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Solid understanding of visual language - texture, color, dimension, scale, perspective, composition, layering, depth of field, proportion, spatial awareness, etc.
Sound knowledge of relevant music and sfx for different kinds of videos (corporate, professional, character based, product)
Excellent in smooth transitions of the connected scenes/series/story.
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe After Effects and any other software is a plus.
Passion to implement latest trends and techniques in design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have a degree/diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, vfx, motion graphics or related field
