Five (5) + years of experience in managing a Human Resources organization Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred Qualifications: PHR or SHRM-CP Experience in the Oil & Gas industry Experience with Oracle HRIS
