Our client is expanding and looking for anenthusiastic, ambitious team memberto join the Winamac, IN Human Resources Department.

This person mustlovechange, beself-motivatedandinspire othersinside and outside the department.
Individual should be able tocommunicate directly and openlywith all levels in our organization.
There will bemany opportunitiesfor thesuccessful candidate to engage theirinnovative and creative problem-solving skillsto help move the departmentto the next level.

The successful candidate will live in both the
big pictureas well as in thedetails, desire to make an impact, and work well with a team as well as individually.




Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource or related field;
  • 7-10 years Management experience;
  • Senior Human Resource Professional Certification (SPHR) or Society for Human Resource Senior Professional Certification (SHRM-SPC) preferred but not required.
  • At least 5 years at facility manager level (multi-site experience preferred)
  • Prior experience in a unionized manufacturing environment highly preferred
  • Professional presence and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of broad HR practices and procedures with experience as a Generalist.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office applications
  • HRIS experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma (A belt is NOT required, but some understanding of it is)
