Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Project Officer to join their team.
The project officer role will support two programs focused on student resilience, and mental wellbeing. Each of the programs will have multiple team members, stakeholders and vendors requiring coordination, management, planning, communication, logistic and finance and administration support.
This role requires a proactive person with advanced coordination, administrative, project management and communication and Agile project skills. Some travel maybe required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile rituals adapted to the specific needs of the project
- Project management tasks
- Project calendars
- Finance and administration
- Project logistics (travel bookings, receipts and reimbursement, coordination of team members, vendors etc)
Selection Criteria:
- At least 3 years of experience inagile projects, project coordination and associated management tasks ,project budget, financial administration and documentation management.
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant, project manager or coordinator, administrative unit manager, or producer would be welcome
- Exceptional communication, people and reasoning skills
- Experience working within a NSW government or other large-scale administration highly favourable.
On offer is a contract that goes until 30/6/2022 at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
