- Highly sought after NSW Government Organisation
- Up to$650 + Super per day
- 12 months contract
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Business Analyst to join their team.
The purpose of this role is to support the Business Implementation stream of the PXP Program through provision of data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Process team and People Experience team to define data and reporting needs.
- Work with Project Manager and Product Lead to interpret business performance metrics as our benefits baseline, and quantify potential benefits of solution (qualitative and quantitative)
- Support Process Lead and People Experience lead through workshops and interviews that will define current state processes and experiences, including subsequent analysis activities and documentation
- Work with Business Implementation Manager to complete business planning and business analysis activities as required
Selection Criteria:
- Ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
- Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
On offer is a 12 month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
