On behalf of a large corporate, we are looking to hire a Corporate Development Associate to join their Dublin team. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical and numerical ability as well as strong commercial acumen.
The Role:
- Assist with the decision - making for new projects, including building and executing project plans.
- Constructing and developing complex and accurate financial models.
- Coordinating with internal teams on business/investment cases and commercial proposals.
- Supporting the Corporate Development Strategy in timely and successful delivery of new initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience of relevant experience gained in an investment bank, corporate finance, M&A/Strategy division of a large accounting or consulting firm.
- Exceptional numerical ability, with demonstrated experience in financial modelling, valuation and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders across the business.
- Dedicated and results driven with a high degree of professionalism.
