A well established, award winning horticulture and softscape company, servicing residential and commercial properties that are based in South West Brisbane are looking for an experienced, detail orientated, can do team member to assist in the efficient running of their business.

A summary of the position below:
  • Process Accounts Payable / Receivable (no payroll)
  • Extensive computer work (Apple)
  • Operation of computer, printer, laminator, binder.
  • Open/Close office
  • Diary management of current allocation of projects
  • Service incoming calls
  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence in a timely manner
  • Prepare and send client invoices
  • Pay creditors
  • Staff timesheets
  • Manage social media including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Houzz, Google+ and Messenger
  • Audit website to ensure up to date
  • Manage fleet vehicle servicing
  • Sync rosters with appropriate devices for all staff and management
  • Order stationery, promotion items, staff uniforms, general office supplies
  • Manage data base
  • Maintain clean and tidy office.



Requirements
