- Providing applicants with the needed support and answering their inquires
- Reviewing and verifying Applicants documents
- Conducting face to face interviews with the applicants for the selection process
- Performing a Quality check before Approving the applicants
- Archiving riders documents
- Activating riders accounts and equipment
- Handling inventory issuance and returns quality checks
- Handling riders resignations, collecting returns inventory, verifying financial clearance and handing over the documents
