- Liaising with product owners and engineering squads to collect and model requirements.
- Managing our internal customer success lifecycle.
- Translate requirements to SQL code.
- Take the initiative in building (or collaborating with other data analysts) to build custom dashboards that will help the analyst and the product team identify business opportunities.
- Designing reports, graphs, and other suitable material to convincingly present your findings to engineers and product managers
- Providing data analyses and trend modelling to optimise our products
- Create automatic alarms when anomalies are encountered
