- Highly sought after NSW Government Organisation
- $1000-$1100 per day + superannuation
- 12-month Contract Role
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Project Manager to join their team.
The role is responsible for delivering an integrated human capital management ecosystem to replace our existing suite of legacy technologies and manual ways of working. This will allow the Agency to build enterprise people capability to support delivery of the strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing digital projects that implemented or upgrade Enterprise software (preferably in the human capital management domain)
- Managing a wide / complex set of stakeholders.
- Working in a large organisation (Government and Utilities an advantage)
- Delivering in matrix management environment
- Hybrid environments with on prem / cloud components
- Delivering application solutions with competing projects and priorities running in parallel
- Complex technical environments
Selection Criteria:
- Business case preparation
- Manage financials budgets and forecasting
- Schedule management using tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Integration and scope management project planning, scope definition, work breakdown structures, and change control.
- Delivery to scope, schedule, quality and budget
- Manage communications and stakeholder relationships
- Manage issues, risks, interdependencies, variations
- Report into, advise, and take direction from project/program board
- Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly understood across the delivery team and stakeholders
- Proficient in various delivery methodologies (PRINCE2 waterfall, agile, iterative)
