eLearning Developer VA

This is a remote position.

An amazing opportunity to work with a leading dynamic Australian Digital Growth Agency for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated eLearning Developer Virtual Assistant.

Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced eLearning Developer Virtual Assistant.

Candidates must have a strong corporate eLearning knowledge and skills with demonstrated experience in utilizing Articulate Storyline

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing engaging, learner-centred learning courses utilizing Articulate Storyline
  
• Handle custom actions and functionality in Articulate Storyline
  
• Collaborate with the Project Manager
  
• Design and develop training materials in an eLearning format for technical and non-technical audiences
  
• Utilize instructional design and performance improvement processes to analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional materials and performance improvement programs that are aligned with business needs.
  
• Maintain training materials, courseware, and online content
  
• Maintain and support the learning management system
  
• Research and make recommendations on educational best practices, instructional resources, instructional technologies, and multimedia hardware/software to support teaching and learning
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree (+)
  
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Articulate Storyline
  
• Experience in designing & implementing digital learning solutions
  
• A strong corporate eLearning knowledge and skills
  
• Instructional Design background is a plus
  
• Working knowledge of Instructional Design and development tools such as:
  * Articulate Storyline (required)
  * Adobe eLearning Suite
  * Rise360 (required)
  
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  
• Highly organized and process-oriented
  
• Positive, service-oriented attitude, willingness to learn
  
• Good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  
  

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 55,000

2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1^st and 16^th of each month

3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

ü 10 days annual leave credits

ü 5 days of sick leave

5. 13^th Month Pay

6. Laptop provided after 30 days

7. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

8. Shift times: 7AM 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
