Full-Stack Node JS React Developer

This is a remote position.

iScale Solutions is currently looking for a Node JS/ React Developer. You will be working on some challenging projects using the latest technologies and agile software development practices.

We work with wellfunded startups and established companies to develop innovative scalable and robust web applications. In this role you will be part of the Engineering team working with other Developers QA and DevOps engineers to help execute projects and make sure things are done well on time. Key Responsibilities:

Develop cloud based platforms

Work with test automation engineers to ensure code quality

Mentor and train new / junior developers

Participate in code reviews and contribute to our continuous enhancement process

Requirements

Bachelor or Master of Science degree in IT computer science or equivalent disciplines

3 years of experience developing applications with Node.js and React JS

Knowledgeable of Typescript

Good knowledge of databases (MySQL PostgreSQL)

Working knowledge of Linux

Comfortable with Agile / Scrum software development methodology

Working knowledge of GIT repositories

Expertise with at least one bugtracking software (Jira Mantis Redmine etc)

Fluent in English written and spoken. Good communication skills
