- Leading multiple teams of engineers, by showing your technical leadership and helping them grow professionally
- Working together with engineering leadership to promote best practices, enforcing standards, improving processes and ensuring high quality output
- Building and promoting a strong understanding of data.ai’s product offerings, and translating this to meaningful and challenging work for your team
- Working closely with product team and data scientists, spotting new business opportunities and driving new customer value
- Promoting a good balance between driving new product value and maintenance to our existing product lines
- Developing Operational tools for monitoring and risk management
- Ensure Data Privacy compliance across geographies.
- Eliminating technical debt, operational risk and risks to our data quality
