Job Description

  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements
  • keep employees records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion
  • Process personnel action forms and ensure proper approvals , disseminates approved forms
  • Maintain budget spreadsheet that includes salaries payroll , taxes and fringe allowance
  • Maintain listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade levels
  • Assist managers with recruiting and selection of qualified candidates
  • Troubleshoot Telephone and voice mail system , handels minor repairs and coordinates repairs with technicians when required
  • Provides training for new and current employees on communication systems with coordination with training department
  • Coordinates health , life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service Providers concerning routine administration of programs
  • Prepares paper work required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel life

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
  • Excellent command of English
  • HR diploma is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
