- Create a platform for entrepreneurship that brings together diverse groups (entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, angel investors, etc) to catalyze entrepreneurial activities and support start-ups, and that provides role models, defines key elements, and includes effective approaches and best practices.
- Establish and supervise incubators of TIEC’s innovation hubs.
- Provide vehicles to minimize the equity gap as organizing investment fairs and encouraging the creation of venture funds.
- Influence and advocate for changes that would create competitive entrepreneurship environment of policies, laws, and regulations.
- Promote and support providing widespread entrepreneurship courses and training for undergraduates and graduates.
- Celebrate and recognize key achievements of entrepreneurship within universities and the ICT sector.
- Close collaboration with concerned government agencies, international bodies, and civil society organizations to encourage entrepreneurship and bridge the gap between supply and demand.
