Reservation Coordinators

Responsible for correctly entering hotel reservations, dining reservations, and spa appointments • Process all direct and third-party reservations in a timely and efficient manner

• Process all group reservations and group rooming lists in a timely and efficient manner

• Process guests' deposits and receive payments

• Make, confirm, cancel and change reservations

• Promptly and courteously attend to telephone calls and direct as appropriate • Provide information on hotel facilities and services

• Provide detailed information about points of interest in the area

• Arrange services required for guests with special needs • Complete weekly occupancy reports and month end reports to be submitted to Tourism Whistler

• Follow emergency and safety procedures

• Competent working with minimal supervision

• Assist with coordinating and implementing special sales promotions and packages

• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere for learning & development

• Training of new team members
