Roles & Responsibilities Zonal Business Manager (Sales Credit Life Insurance)
- Drive sales targets and business growth for credit life insurance across the assigned zone.
- Manage and lead branch teams sales managers and channel partners to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners NBFCs DSAs and other distribution channels.
- Develop strategies to increase policy penetration and improve productivity across branches.
- Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular branch visits and review meetings with teams and partners.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales processes and company guidelines.
- Train mentor and support sales teams on products sales techniques and market strategies.
- Coordinate with underwriting operations and customer service teams for smooth policy issuance.
- Track market trends competitor activities and customer requirements to improve business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare MIS reports sales forecasts and business performance analysis for senior management.
- Handle escalations and resolve partner or customer concerns efficiently.
- Focus on profitability persistency and quality of business generation.
