Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised Video Operations Manager to manage the workflow between our studio editing team and content scheduling process.
This is a hands-on coordination role focused on organisation accuracy and ensuring smooth project execution. This is not a senior leadership position but a critical role that keeps operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Workflow Management
Receive and organise raw video files from studio sessions
Upload and manage files for the editing team
Create assign and track tasks using
Coordinate with editors via Slack
Ensure timely completion of all deliverables
2. Content Review & Quality Check
Review edited videos for accuracy (captions trimming formatting)
Share feedback and request revisions where required
Prepare content for final internal approval
3. Scheduling & Publishing
Upload approved content to scheduling platforms
Generate captions using AI tools and refine as needed
Plan and schedule content (34 months in advance)
Perform final checks before publishing
4. Client Administration Support
Set up and manage client boards in
Organise folders documentation and records
Maintain contracts and onboarding documents
Ensure all client-related information is up to date
5. Studio & Calendar Coordination
Support scheduling of client filming sessions
Maintain and update calendars
Assist in planning and coordinating production cycles
Skills & Requirements
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Experience with project management tools ( preferred)
Familiarity with Slack or similar communication tools
Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Experience in digital marketing/content is an added advantage

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Media Communications or related field (e.g. your MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain could align via organizational expertise).1-2 years of experience in content operations digital marketing project coordination or video production exposure to client administration scheduling platforms or studio coordination in a fast-paced environment.
