Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for drafting reviewing and finalizing contracts in coordination with the legal team ensuring timely closure both internally and externally.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining custody of all executed contracts ensuring documentation completeness and accessibility.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full order lifecyclefrom receipt and PO acknowledgment to issuing Proforma Invoiceswhile verifying all commercial details such as quantity price specifications and payment terms.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to obtain order execution approvals and preparing post-approval checklists for Order Process Document (OPD) generation.
  • You will be responsible for following up with logistics for shipping documents and dispatch details ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers.
  • You will be responsible for managing customer and agent commission debit notes including payment realization provisioning and record maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for handling sample requests and complaints coordinating with Quality Control and Sales teams to ensure timely dispatch and resolution.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing receivable status and customer credit limits generating reports and escalating potential delays or issues to management for timely intervention.


Qualifications :

Qualifications Skills & Experience Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in any field is mandatory.

  • 4 / 6 years of experience.

  • Experience in documenting and maintaining records related to customer interactions is desired.
  • Exposure to payment follow-up processes as part of customer communication is preferred.
  • For UK/Germany Roles: Exposure to technical product query resolution and end-to-end customer claims processes is preferred.
