Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
Explain the companys digital marketing services and solutions.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
Follow up with leads through calls emails and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of tele calling experience in a digital marketing agency advertising agency or similar service-based industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO Google Ads Social Media Marketing and Website Development.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in English Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
