Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Proactively calling prospective or existing customers to promote products services or renewals.

Inbound Calling: Handling incoming customer queries addressing complaints and providing solutions as noted on .

Sales & Lead Gen: Persuading customers to purchase products or services and generating qualified leads say.

Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of client interactions contact details and account updates in CRM software.

Query Resolution: Identifying customer needs and addressing their issues efficiently.

Following Scripts: Utilizing provided scripts to communicate product features benefits and pricing accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is usually required; a Bachelors degree may be preferred.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the required language(s) and active listening abilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation persuasion and customer service skills.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to use CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and manage phone systems.

Results-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure to meet daily/monthly targets.

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling telesales or customer service is often preferred but freshers can apply for many roles.
