Position - IVR/Telecaller
Location - Gurgaon
Sector 20 Udyog vihar phase 2
Salary - 18k in hand PF Eisc
Key Responsibilities
Handling Costomer inquiries via mailcallemailchat
Providing product/services guidance helping customers understand how to use products or troubleshooting
Maintaning customer records documenting interaction ensuring customer satisfaction following up with customer to ensure their issues are resolved or not
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).
- 02 years of experience in telecalling recruitment coordination
Note - Laptop is mandatory
