Telecaller

Global Ibdaa General Trading FZE, a leading player in the Hotels and Motels industry, is seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. If you possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, confidence in handling customer calls, and a knack for achieving sales targets, we welcome you to apply for this full-time position offering a competitive salary of AED 2,000–5,000 per month plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present company offerings

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

- Update and maintain customer databases with interactions

- Schedule appointments for the sales team

- Meet or exceed monthly calling and sales goals

- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall customer experience

Requirements & Skills:

- Proficient in English and Hindi with excellent verbal communication skills

- Proven experience in sales or telecalling is advantageous

- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with WhatsApp

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Must be currently located in the UAE

- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
