Job Summary
The Sourcing Head will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for fabrics trims and garment production. This role ensures cost-effective procurement vendor development quality compliance and timely availability of materials to support production and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify evaluate and onboard reliable vendors for fabrics trims and accessories
- Negotiate pricing payment terms and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor market trends raw materials pricing and supplier performance
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with company and customer requirements
- Collaborate with merchandising production and design teams for material planning
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance reviews

Required Education:
Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field 15 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
