Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SMT Operator to handle and manage our automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up running and maintaining pick-and-place equipment to ensure high-quality Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities-
Machine Operation: Efficiently set up and operate automated SMT line machinery including Stencil Printers Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems Pick & Place machines (e.g. ASM Fuji Samsung or Yamaha) and Reflow Ovens.

Line Setup & Changeover: Perform quick component and feeder changeovers according to the production plan and BOM (Bill of Materials).

Component Loading: Correctly identify and load electronic components reels and feeders onto the machines to prevent line stoppages.

Quality & Inspection: Monitor automated optical inspection (AOI) results check for basic defects (e.g. missing parts misalignment tombstoning) and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Maintenance & 5S: Perform routine daily cleaning nozzle checking and basic preventive maintenance of feeders and machines. Maintain standard 5S practices on the shop floor.
