Job Summary

Operate set up and calibrate high-speed Viswill Vision Inspection Systems (TVIS/CVIS) for tablets and capsules.
Perform mechanical changeovers of tooling feeder tracks and vacuum belts between batch runs.
Fine-tune camera parameters 3D laser settings and lighting thresholds for optimal defect detection.
Perform regular optical glass cleaning preventive maintenance and line clearance in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
Maintain accurate batch records equipment logbooks and inspection output documentation.
