Summary

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate SMT production line equipment such as Solder Paste Printer SPI Pick & Place and AOI Machines
• Perform machine setup loading and unloading of PCB assemblies.
• Monitor machine performance and production output during shifts.
• Follow quality standards and work instructions to minimize defects.
• Handle ESD-sensitive components as per ESD guidelines.
• Record production data downtime yield and quality issues accurately.
• Adhere to 5S Lean Manufacturing and ESD control procedures.
• Adheres to all safety requirements.
• Participates in appropriate training to gain a basic understanding of several of business systems/concepts such as Demand Flow Statistical Process Control Process Documentation Empowerment Six Sigma methods Quality and/or Cost Improvement

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in the prevailing language spoken in the facility
• Able to work with a trainer under close leadership

Education and Experience

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Electronics Electrical or related field.
• Experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing is preferred.

• Ability to stand in the duration of the shift since the work requires more physical movement.
