We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and record management. The candidate will be responsible for entering updating verifying and maintaining accurate data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Enter update and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors as required.
Prepare and maintain records reports and documentation.
Organize and manage digital and physical records.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and data entry software.
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail organizational and communication skills.
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of DR technologies backup solutions cloud DR and recovery procedures. Experience in conducting DR testing documentation and reporting.
