Job Summary
Responsibilities:
To program and guide operators on CNC machines
To guide and motivate the operators to achieve the production targets as per the required quality standards
To develop new products and establish manufacturing process
Tool planning development of new Jigs and Fixtures required for new product for all the machining operations
Co-ordination and co-operation with other departments like quality order center stores engineering and purchase for smooth flow of works
To organize the machine shop activities to meet the day-to-day requirements set by the Management
Planning of consumables required for the machine shop requirement
Achieve productivity improvement by implementing new tools & improvement Kaizens
To reduce re-work and rejection cost in Machine shop
To reduce downtime of machines
To increase capacity utilization in machine shop
