Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sales and Site Engineer in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Solar Energy sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Conduct site visits and assess locations for Solar PV installations.
- Take accurate site measurements and gather technical information required for solar projects.
- Evaluate site conditions and coordinate suitable Solar PV system requirements.
- Supervise installation of solar panels inverters mounting structures and associated systems.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
- Support testing and commissioning of installed Solar PV systems.
- Explain technical solutions and project requirements clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with customers internal teams and site personnel throughout project execution.
- Solar PV Systems: Strong working knowledge of Solar PV system components and operation.
- Panels & Inverters: Technical understanding of solar panels and inverter systems.
- Solar Structures: Knowledge of mounting structures and installation requirements.
- Site Engineering: Hands-on ability to conduct site visits measurements and technical assessments.
- Installation & Commissioning: Experience supervising Solar PV installation and commissioning activities.
- Customer handling and technical presentation ability.
- Coordination with installation and project teams.
- Understanding of end-to-end solar project execution.
Minimum 23 years of experience in the Solar Industry is required. Candidates must have previous work experience with a Solar Company and practical exposure to site visits measurements installation supervision and commissioning. Experience involving customer interaction and team coordination is also required.
- Minimum: Diploma/B.E./ in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or a related engineering discipline (typical for this role; not specified in the requirement)
- Preferred: Relevant Solar PV training/certification (typical)
- Additional: Solar installation/site engineering certification (typical)
Required Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UPS Systems or Power Electronics industry. Proficiency in handling UPS systems battery chargers telecom rectifiers battery systems and automatic power factor correction panels. Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and components. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Required Education:
Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
