Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting Safety Health and Environment (SHE) and sustainability reporting contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and responsible business practices. This role requires a strong familiarity with software solutions and data analytics enabling the delivery of robust data-driven recommendations and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Design implement andmaintainautomated systems to streamline data collection tracking and reporting processes.
Support SHE and sustainability teams by developing and enhancing reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear actionable insights.Heavy focus on leading indicators to drive world class performance.
Analyze operational SHE and sustainability data toidentifytrends risks and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored automation and analytics solutions.
Develop and document processes standards and best practices for data management and automation.
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and recommend technical enhancements to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Stay current with emerging technologies in automation analytics and sustainability reporting to drive innovation and efficiency.
Train and support team members inutilizingdata tools and automated systems effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceEngineeringInformation Systems Data Analytics ora related field.
Proven experience in technical analysis automation and data management.
Strong knowledge of software solutions and data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau SQL Python R).
ExperiencesupportingSHE and sustainability reporting is highlydesirableincluding familiarity with Velocity ETG Red Online and Sphera.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.
Effective communication skills to translate technical findings into practical business recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
