Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a residential high-rise construction project in Kanpur. The role involves leading end-to-end project execution managing consultants and contractors ensuring quality safety and timely delivery and driving project completion as per approved schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of residential high-rise construction projects.
- Manage project planning execution and site operations.
- Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines quality safety and budgets.
- Oversee Mivan Shuttering execution and construction activities.
- Resolve project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare project progress reports and review project milestones.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and Advanced Excel. Experience in residential commercial township or high-rise projects. Strong analytical planning and coordination skills.
