Overview

The Data Scientist will deliver innovative business consulting business process design systems integration and application design and role will help our company better understand and describe its data and use the resulting understanding to develop tools that provide value to our customers by detecting and anticipating problems forecasting and predicting customer needs and implementing system-based prescriptive solutions. As a member of the R&D software development team this role is responsible for all stages of AI/ML research and development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for solutions to Data science (DS) problems within AppLogic Network
• Effectively gather requirements with respect to data analysis and engineering
• Design appropriate workflow for maintaining the solution and automation if any is required
• Design & document appropriate workflow for full product life cycle for solution for deployment & maintenance
• Responsible for building all stages of AI/ML pipeline. A complete hands-on person to solve an identified problem from start to finish
• As a Data Science SME you must be an expert on Deep learning machine learning methodologies.
• Responsible for prototype/PoC of new DS features
• You will work as an integral member of a self-directed Agile development team employing a Scrum-based methodology to deliver predictably on-time every time with quality
• Own & support result analysis from customer and field deployments and identify/implement improvements to the product as a data science expert
• Continuous improvement is at our core you are encouraged to find new ways of doing things that will continuously improve daily work
• Stay ahead of public/private cloud technologies tools & techniques of production grade DS software

Required

• Must have worked on deep learning products in production environment
• Expertise & experience in all stages of production grade ML pipeline

• Expert in open source AI/ML packages (eg. Scikit-learn)
• Experience on PowerBI Tableau Database and MS Objects is a plus
• Experience with ML/AI and data engineering along with data pipelines infrastructure is a plus
• Ability to review and quickly resolve problems

Work Experience Education and Certifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or engineering
• 7 years of hands-on software development experience 2 years of hands-on experience in Deep learning techniques
• 5 years of proven experience in python/Java/Golang (Must be an expert in the chosen implementation language)
