Required Skills
- 8 years of Business Analysis / Process Consulting experience
- 5 years of ServiceNow consulting experience
- Strong expertise in Requirements Gathering BRD FRD User Stories Process Mapping Gap Analysis and UAT
- Experience conducting Discovery Workshops and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM CMDB SPM GRC or SecOps
- Strong understanding of Service Management Process Optimization and Digital Transformation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and process assessment sessions
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Drive stakeholder engagement process governance and organizational adoption
- Support UAT deployment hypercare and continuous improvement initiatives
- Define KPIs process metrics and business outcome measurements

- ServiceNow CSA Certification
- CIS Certification (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Scrum Master Certification
- MBA or equivalent qualification
