The person will create workflows for business teams using Power Platform
Key Responsibilities
• Design build and deploy end-to-end automation solutions across the Power Platform ecosystem - Power Automate Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) Power BI and dataverse
• Configure Power Platform environments tenant settings data loss prevention (DLP) policies and security/governance guardrails in alignment with GxP and Xellia's compliance requirements
• Build complex Power Automate workflows including multi-step process automation conditional logic error handling and approvals — spanning cloud flows desktop flows (RPA) and hybrid scenarios
• Develop custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems (ERP SharePoint Azure services third-party APIs) using REST webhooks and event-driven patterns
• Write integration logic and business rules using Power Fx scripting Power Automate expressions and where appropriate custom code (C# Python) to handle complex automation scenarios
• Architect solutions for scalability performance and maintainability — design for reusability implement logging and monitoring and establish patterns for governance and change management
• Build and maintain reusable components — templates cloud flows canvas apps and connector patterns — to accelerate delivery and scale automation across the organization
• Implement logging traceability and audit trails for automated workflows to meet audit and compliance requirements; ensure solutions are auditable and aligned with GxP principles
• Train and mentor business users and citizen developers on Power Platform best practices design patterns and governance — enabling them to build with confidence while maintaining standards
• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize running solutions — track performance resolve issues apply patches and implement improvements based on usage patterns and feedback
• Stay current with Power Platform updates connectors and capabilities; evaluate new features for relevance to Xellia's roadmap and recommend adoption where appropriate
Industry / Domain Preference
