Job Description:
Experience
15-20 years of overall IT experience with 12 years in SAP SD including lead/architect level exposure
Primary Skills
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution) / Retail
S/4HANA (preferred)
Cross-module integration (MM FI WM)
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP SD implementation / rollout / support projects across geographies
Design and configure end-to-end OTC (Order to Cash) processes
Work as a Solution Architect ensuring integration with MM FI WM and external systems
Drive S/4HANA transformation / rollout programs
Collaborate with middleware/integration teams (SAP PI/PO MuleSoft etc.)
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) design documents and test strategies
Lead SIT UAT cutover go-live and hypercare support
Interact with global stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Conduct end-user training documentation and KT sessions
Perform gap analysis solutioning and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills
Strong expertise in SAP SD with AFS / Retail experience
Extensive experience in OTC processes (Order Delivery Billing Pricing Returns)
Hands-on experience in configuration data migration and testing
Experience with integration tools (IDOC BAPI LSMW middleware)
Knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and implementation
