Job Summary

Position: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Expert / Lead
Location: Bengaluru India

Please note that Real Estate domain experience is mandatory. Candidates without hands-on experience in the Real Estate domain will not be considered for this role.

Key Requirements:

5–8 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform (Functional)
Hands-on experience with Sales Customer Service Field Service and Project Operations
Experience in building at least one AI use case
Strong domain expertise in Real Estate (Leasing & Sales) (Mandatory) and Professional Services
Experience in requirement gathering business process mapping solution design UAT and user training
Ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
